These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "Member", "User") and 1x1x1x1 ("Platform", "we", "us"). They apply to all access and use of the 1x1x1x1 website and mobile application available to players in the Philippines. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use any service offered on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.
To register and maintain an account on 1x1x1x1, you must be at least 21 years of age and physically located in the Philippines at the time of each session. Only one account per person is permitted — creating duplicate accounts may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete personal information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change. Accounts registered using false information may be closed without prior notice. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your login credentials.
All financial transactions on the platform are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are processed via GCash or Maya and are typically credited to your account within minutes of a successful transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your account at the time of each transaction. Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and must be made to the same GCash or Maya account used for your most recent deposit. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including government-issued identification, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Any funds deposited must be used for entertainment purposes on the platform and may not be transferred to other users. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials at all times. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact the platform support team immediately and change your password. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 1x1x1x1: using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform; exploiting software errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain; colluding with other players to influence outcomes; using funds derived from illegal activity; and attempting to circumvent any platform security measure or geographic restriction. Any account found engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be placed on hold pending review, and the matter may be referred to the relevant Philippine authorities. The platform's determination on matters of prohibited conduct is final.

The 1x1x1x1 brand name, logo, and all associated marks are registered trademarks and must not be used in any context without explicit written permission.
The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1x1x1x1 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, 1x1x1x1 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of funds due to network interruptions, device failure, or unauthorised account access resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under Philippine law.
1x1x1x1 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered members will be notified via their registered account or a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. Your continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept a revised version of the Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting the support team. We recommend that you review this page periodically to stay informed of any updates.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall first be referred to the 1x1x1x1 support team for informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players located outside the Philippines access the platform at their own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws applicable in their jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under Philippine law.
